eBay customer service
eBay’s customer service and contact is terrible. I can’t get through to an agent. Every number I have called has hung up on me after telling me to go to the website. I don’t even have a definite eBay email to contact. With robots handling everything I can’t go in depth explaining a problem. eBay’s service has never been this horrible. This coming from a loyal customer. The seller diven4gold sent me a broken product and will not give me a refund. The seller, diven4gold, was aware of the product being broken and did not put it in the description. This product costs $1,000. I’m tired of going on the website just to go in circles.

This is easily handled and no phone call is needed. They will tell you to do this...
If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
(Important: If you find a phone number for eBay on Google, your going to be talking to a scammer and you may be tricked into giving out personal information that can cause you harm. eBay doesn't publish a support line.
If you want to talk with an eBay agent, you must request a callback. It's best to start right here on this board when you need help. Mentors are highly experienced members who can help with almost any problem. If there is something you must speak with eBay about, we'll tell you and give you the best way to get in touch.)
