I agree with @dryophelia , this public support forum has Buyers and Sellers who often assist quicker and more accurately than contacting eBay directly, which is not an easy task.
If the issue is account related you will always be advised to be in direct contact with eBay.

What kind of issue are you having? Most issues are solved through channels that do not require contacting eBay.
