How do I got an ACTUAL PERSON on the phone. The website DOESN'T WORK AND HASN'T WORKED FOR YEARS WHEN YOU HAVE AN ITEM TO RETURN - YOU CAN'T EVER GET THE CONFIRM RETURN BUTTON TO LIGHT UP, YOU CAN'T GET ANY PHOTOS LOADED. SO, IN SHORT, YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING THANKS TO EBAY REFUSING TO FIX THEIR WEBSITE AND THEY REFUSE TO HAVE HUMANS AVAILABLE.
