Ebay customer phone numner
What is the ebay customer service phone number? I placed an order for an item last night at 9:15pm and changed my mind and cancel at 9:45 pm. Yet, the seller still refused to accept the cancel and still shipped out the order 15 hours latter. So now i have to wait for the order to get here. I have to paid a lot of money just to ship it back. This is just so unfair that ebay allow seller to do this to customers. What can i do? Report seller to bbb? Seem like ebay is not doing anything to help when they can clearly see the issue that is so unfair .

·1 year agoYou can ask to cancel but the seller has the final say.
If the seller accepts returns you can return it if you no longer want it but you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost and the seller can deduct the original shipping you paid. You might be better off financially by reselling it instead of returning it.

Mentor1 year agoOn each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

Buyers can request a cancellation, but only the seller can actually cancel, and sellers are not required to cancel just because a buyer asks.
Not every seller is a one-person operation that can withhold a package from shipment after receiving a message from a buyer. Some sellers use third-party shipment services, and once an order is placed with a warehouse in another location it is not a simple matter for the seller to stop the shipment, even if the package does not reach a delivery service until hours later.
If you think there is a chance you will need to cancel an order, it is better to wait until you are sure before placing the order rather than making the decision after the order has already been placed.
