Ebay CS phone number for return requested from buyer
Hi,
Does anyone have a good customer service number for returns I can call. I sold a product to a buyer who, immediately requested a return. On an item claiming I was inaccurate with description and photos. Of course I challenged this and without hearing from CS, they closed the case and gave the full refund to the buyer. This one has me frustrated as it is sooo wrong and obvious I want to challenge it on the phone. thanks,
