eBay created two tracking numbers for one item
I sold a Nintendo game. I printed out the label one time. I brought it to Post Office and it is in transit. eBay tracking has me sending out multiple shipments for the same item. I don't know what is going on or how to correct this. I printed out one label for one item for one shipment. This is the only business I have done with customer. The customer lives in Lehigh Valley, Pa. The item was there and now on the tracking the Post Office has in Rhode Island. This was USPS Priority Mail medium box. I guess that is nothing new for the USPS and now it's going to be delayed getting to the customer even longer. A computer printed label with a bar code and yet it still ends up in Rhode Island when it was already a few miles from the customers home. You can't make this stuff up.
I have to get eBay to fix this multiple shipments issue because they can charge me back when only one item is being delivered. Any advice in how to resolve this.
