Ebay created two shipping tracks for a single item
Ebay created a USPS shipping label for my sold listing. I however, found a better faster shipping for the same price that the customer paid. So I selected FedEx and printed off the label. Now it shows two shipping tracks, even though I never printed out the USPS label. In fact, Ebay charged me for shipping twice. I wrote them an email and never got a response. Who should I contact?

·1 year agoNo need to contact anyone. Go to your Shipping Labels page :https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/my-ebay and Void/Cancel the unused label. You can see the instructions here: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/shipping-items/labels-packaging-tips/buying-printing-shipping-labels?id=4157#section6
Note that it will take about 3 weeks to receive the refund from the USPS as they have to verify that the label is not used.
