ebay Counterfeit Policy - no rhyme or reason
I’ve been selling sneakers with authenticity guarantee for the past 3 years with no issues and in the past three months I’ve received 10+ counterfeit policy reports on sneakers that have authenticity guarantee and I’ve sold multiples of. I believe someone is targeting me with false reports and at the very least I would expect the eBay Authenticator network to verify my item instead of letting false reports dictate my fate. I’ve sold almost 500 items, a majority of which are authenticity guarantee sneakers, and the AI policy has been affecting my livelihood by deleting my listings. Honestly just baffled by my entire experience with no form of respite since every appeal ends in a dead end.
