I received an email on 06/28/2023 asking me to "Join eBayâ€™s Council to help shape the future of eBay." Is this a legitimate email or just another scam?

I just received an ebay email to join their Expressions council. That email is legit.

@browner010 I have not heard of it and I am usually invited into all of these types of programs since I am a long time member and community Mentor.
