eBay cost me thousands.

I sold a 7000$+ item on eBay, the item was authenticated the buyer. Buyer received the item and disputed with their cc company for “INAD” the item the buyer received was the same card (but very clearly had a MASSIVE orange factory/print defect along the bottom) and a different copy. I only had one and the item of mine had no flaws (+ it was authenticated by eBay) now eBay has refunded the buyer and is returning the item to me (they’re refusing to compensate me from the chargeback for multiple reasons) one of these reasons is that my account was restricted in March by Ai detection for selling custom cards) Ebay authenticated the item and I have not had it in my possession for 2 months.
I spoke to multiple agents who told me that they will not cover me, and I just now got off the phone with an authenticity rep who said that if the item was sent in like that then it should have never passed authentication and that they cannot refund me. The item is now worth about 3500$ less, and I feel like I’m going crazy. There is absolutely no way an authenticity team would miss an error like that if that is what we’re on the item…..I would have noticed a defect like that. What should I do? Never been in a scenario like this before but I can tell you right now I am NOT paying 7k+ for a mistake eBay made ( not to mention PSA was also in possession of the item) so the only thing that I can think of is it was either swapped or mishandled by eBay/psa. I’ve got pictures of the item I sold vs the item being returned to me as well if anyone wants to see how drastic of a difference it is. And i know I didn’t, but even if I did somehow send in the wrong item and authentication still passed it. That doesn’t change the fact that eBay’s handling for close to 2 months of the item caused me to lose about 50% of its market value by the time I get it back.
I’m most worried about being sent to collections months from now but I do feel like I have enough evidence to fight it if need be. Do I have any sort of legal grounds for arbitration? If so would it be worth it?
