eBay contact service Ai is stuck - No Solution to sellers!

eBay contact agent service is just stucked, my buyer has accepted the items are fine and he is not closing the return now and it is the last date, I have approached to seller service, there is Ai, it is replying same response, (I can help with buying, selling, returns, and other eBay topics. Please tell me how can I help you.)
I have told him everything 10 times still it is replying this same. I have changed questioned 20 times, still same response.
Now what should I have to do? eBay service is not for sellers.

If today is the last day for you to accept the return, go ahead and accept it. If the buyer is now happy with the items then they will not return them and the return will time out. Customer service cannot close the return.
