I wasted hour and a half to get agent in text format we got disconnected. I hate these people.

Im sorry i contacted them at all. Exspencive card went missing. It wasn't the first time. Mailman on vacation it all goes to hell. And contact ebay is worse. First card THEY are hearing about. **bleep**

If your package is late arriving this is what you do:

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late. I suggest waiting a week past the last estimated delivery date to allow for postal service delays.
