I have an issue with an item I purchased can anyone please tell me how I can speak to someone at Ebay I keep going round in circles on their contact page

Mentor3 years agoFor help in the UK, be sure you are starting on the UK site, and use the Help & Contact page there. Scroll down and select the "Contact us" option at the bottom. You should be able to use the chat assistant to request a chat with an agent by typing "agent" into the chat window and answering a couple of basic questions using keywords so that the chat assistant can put you in contact with someone in the proper department.
