Ebay contact
I have tried many times now to reach a agent/human contact at Ebay. I have a problem AI is not able to address. AI has told me at noon central time that it is outside the agent working hours. I tried at 10pm, 4am, it appears all times are outside their agant working hours. I sold new electronic equipment, now buyer has made a false claim, auction terms "No returns accepted" , AI is giving buyer a refund, after buyer took item apart.
How has Ebay got this way? Is there anyway to contact a human at ebay, or after over 20yrs as a ebay seller must I now leave and start using other online selling sites?
