why is ebay so difficult to contact?/????
I have items listed for sale. The item location is incorrect and can't be changed. I have emaile ebay 2 weeks ago. They did nothing. I think Marketplace is best bet! Ebay is a has been and they still haven't gotten it right!

Check the "Item Location" in your listing
Each individual -listing- has a "location" zip/postal code in case your items are stored in various locations. This is what displays on the listing as the actual item location.
Near the bottom of each listing, scroll to Preferences>item location. Click on your zip/postal code and change it.
Or you can use Bulk Edit
You can use "Bulk Edit" to remove or Change the item location on any listing that can be revised.

Then to Bulk Edit
1) Go to your active listings in Seller Hub: https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
2) Check the box beside each listing you want to make a change to. (start with just 2 listings - later just pick them all)
3) Click "Edit Selected" from the drop-down list
Once Bulk Edit opens,
1) Select your items again, then
2) Bulk Edit
3) Preferences <<==
4) Item Location <<==
5) Apply
6) Submit All
7) Confirm and Submit
8 ) Done

Here is where you can check the rest of your addresses for eBay, including:
-- “Registration address†your official address,
-- "Return Address" which prints on the label, and
-- “Ship From Address†which must have the zip/postal code for the post office you use (usually the same, but not always)

-- You can also temporarily fix the "ship from" and "return" address if you are printing labels on the website. There is an "Edit" button on the right-hand side of the label printing page to change both addresses.
