ebay conduct
hi everyone
Im curious if this is a usual/exceptable behavior on ebay
there was an item i sent an offer the seller sent an offer back
while i was responding to offer they changed listing to higher price ( and apparently the acceptable offer level) so when i tried to accept the offer they sent it rejected my acceptance
i subsequently made offers higher than the sellers original offer and each time their offer back was significantly higher than the offers they returned to me before
I feel seller for whatever reason did not want to sell item to me but Im not sure why
Is it normal behavior to change listings after they made you offer so you cant accept their offer? and is it normal to return higher requests after i already offered back a previous amount they asked for? just seemed very rude and insulting to me …thanks for any help
