3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with. Be brief, don't go into details.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)

I’ve sold something and get presented with the blue bar of buy postage label - but when clicking on it nothing happens so I don’t know if I will be charged for the label in eBay or have to buy seperatly externally and therefore pay for 2 labels. I had the link before but that didn’t answer my question and just went round in circles

Mentor2 weeks ago · Edited@luckytiger17 Sorry. I see now that you are located in the UK. If you are a private seller on the UK site then I think you have to use the eBay shipping program that is on your listing. Your fellow UK sellers can probably answer this question.
