eBay commerce ink charge unknown

Question

I received a charge from eBay commerce ink for $42.99, however I do not recall making a purchase. I checked on my purchase history and nothing shows up. I canâ€™t get a hold of customer service to speak to a representative.

If the charge appears on your credit card or bank account, I would recommend contacting your bank or card company to question the charge. Your card may have been compromised.
