eBay Commerce
When I try to buy something, eBay shows an incorrect address for me. "My eBay" shows the correct address. I'm told by eBay to go to eBay Commerce to change my address but cannot find it. Help. Thank you.

OP8 months agoThank you. I have done that. eBay insists on inserting a wrong address, and directs me to eBay Commerce to fix it. Where is eBay Commerce?

To change your address, you go to:
My eBay > Account > Personal Information > Addresses.
There are FIVE address fields to check. Make sure that EACH of them is correct.
If the wrong ‘Ship to’ address should ever appear … you have the ability to change it on the Checkout screen when you pay for the purchase.

Make sure you still double check it when you purchase something and edit if needed before you pay.
