ebay commerce
My mom has been being charged different amounts from June-July on her bank state from eBay commerce. My mom is 86 year old and doesn't even know how to log in on a computer. Can someone help with this or tell me who is eBay commerce?

Mentor2 years ago@judstato_0 It sounds like someone is using her card to make fraudulent purchases on eBay.
eBay e-commerce is how purchases show on bank and card statements.
She needs to dispute these as fraudulent charges with her bank or credit card and get new cards.
eBay can only help if an eBay account was hacked but since she doesn't use a computer her account wasn't hacked her card was hacked.
