ebay collected the wrong shipping amount from the buyer
how do I actually get in contact with someone at ebay , They collected the wrong shipping amount from a buyer. Also they have not released some funds from 3 weeks ago that have been delivered and the buyer is happy

Mentor6 months agoIt appears that you are using flat rate shipping. Did eBay collect the amount that was shown on the listing? What you charge for flat rate shipping may or may not be the actual shipping charge you have to pay for shipping.

OP6 months agoNo I had put the buyer pays $70 ( my set fee) but it still came up with $24.99 and did it twice.
