EBAY COLLECTED TAX, DO YOU DEDUCT THAT FROM YOUR 1099
When you get your 1099 from ebay. Do you deduct the tax that ebay collected off of your total.
Is the tax included in the total for your 1099

No. eBay collect state sales tax and remitted it to the buyer's state per their tax laws. You never took possession of the sales tax.
