Ebay closed the return & refund case
Hello, I purchased an air force 1 and has been authenticated. When I received the shoes, the shoes have some yellowing and a little defective part on the top of the shoelace. Then I went back to see the seller's photos, the shoes don't have the yellowing part and defective part that I mentioned before. So I've contacted the seller and he/she told me that he/she didn't notice that issue either and also didn't see the yellowing part on his/her photos. And then I asked for return and refund and the seller agreed. Since the seller put not allow to return on the listing, I opened the case with the photos on Ebay. They closed my case an hour later. I contacted the seller after that and got no response yet. I was wondering what I can do to get my money back. Thanks for help. Appreciate it.

Mentor9 months agoWhen a seller has a No Returns policy, that is for buyer's remorse. Did you state a buyer's remorse reason? Didn't like it, changed mind, doesn't fit? If so, the seller can decline the return. If you paid with a credit card, you can contact your card issuer regarding a chargeback.

OP9 months agoSounds like eBay can't help me about this and the seller will get away with this for selling these pairs. 😞

Mentor9 months agoWhen you filed the Return Request, what reason did you specify?
As stated, if the return request has been closed, you can file a dispute with your funding source you used to pay for the item.

OP9 months agoI put defective item on the category specifying the shoes I received different than the photos on seller's listing. 😞
