Ebay closed the return - even though I dropped it at Fedex by the date
I was supposed to drop the item at Fedex on August 25th by the latest and I dropped it off at Fedex.
On August 30th Ebay indicates to me that they haven't received shipping confirmation so they are canceling my return. I login to Fedex and the Ebay return Fedex receipt, tracking number etc are all there and the item is heading back to whatever address it was supposed to go.
I am confused because I can't get through to Ebay to ask this. The merchant says go pound sand - but the item is enroute back to them. This is a robot vacuum and I purchased it from Dreame Official Store.
Any suggestions, recommendations ?
