eBay closed the return because the buyer refused.
Listing stated the car key fob as new, the item arrived with the key cut for a different car, and key fob is defective and non programable. Then I filed a return case, and eBay closed it promptly because the buyer refused. I don't know how to contact eBay to plead my case. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. I just hate buying the same item twice. Thnak you George

If you chose a valid reason for the return request, Ebay would not have closed it.
What reason did you state?
