Ebay Closed my request before issue resolved

Question

I recieved notice that a request has been closed due to inactivity. I still have not received my items and i wont hear back from the post office until next week.

The package was sent to me from Ukraine. It cleared customs after the scheduled delivery date. It arrived in my state. It returned to new York, then it traveled to poland, last report was that it departed poland.

It sounds like you let the case time out and close.

When you didn't hear anything, you could have returned to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in for a refund.

If you paid through Pay Pal, open a case there or contact your credit card.
