Ebay closed my complaint while i was still receiving notices that the item was still in progress. So
Ebay closed my complaint in April while I was receiving tracking instructions. I withdrew my complaint because I was still receiving tracking information. Now Ebay tells me that the case is closed. Today May 16th abd I haven't received my purchase or for the past three weeks I haven't received any information on tracking. My purchase says that it was delivered. I'm making payments to PayPal credit for this item and have nothing to show for it.

Mentor4 months agoOnce you close a case, it cannot be reopened. You will have to file a chargeback with Paypal. They can help you up to 180 days from the transaction.
