eBay closed my case, won’t allow appeal on broken item
I purchased a molding piece for my bmw. The seller shipped it and I was broken. I asked for a refund and submitted pictures of the broken item that show it was not advertised as broken but in good condition. eBay closed my case and I cannot appeal. How do I get my money back? I’ve been buying on eBay for over a decade and I’ve never had a problem like this. The seller was palmettoautos and the item number is 15-12287-77637

That's odd - it sounds pretty clear cut.
To speak to customer service, use the link on the right side of this page “have us call you†- https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
If you don't see 'have us call you', click chat. Then type contact an agent.
If they can't help, contact your credit card issuer and open a dispute for a damaged item.
