eBay closed my case although I have new evidence – any advice?
Summary: nectmaro-0 is frustrated after eBay closed a case regarding an undelivered purchase, as they have new evidence showing non-delivery but cannot submit it due to process issues on eBay's site. They seek advice on how to get eBay to review the new evidence properly. love2beselling suggests contacting eBay customer service directly on the site where the purchase was made, offering guidance on finding the appropriate help links.
I purchased an item for €68 which I never received. eBay decided the case against me based on tracking information suggesting delivery. However, I now have new evidence confirming that the item was NOT delivered to me.
eBay considers the case closed, and although their website tells me I can appeal, every attempt sends me back to the beginning without allowing me to submit the new evidence.
This is no longer about the €68. I feel completely cheated by the way eBay has handled this and by the lack of any real buyer protection.
Has anyone, especially the Community mentors, experienced something similar? Is there any way to have eBay properly review the new evidence?

Mentor1 month ago@nectmaro-0 I understand that this is frustrating.
If you are not able to appeal from the case then your only option is going to be to contact your payment method to file a fraud chargeback. Be sure to tell them that you are a victim of a False Tracking scam and provide your evidence.

Mentor1 month agoHi. I'm sorry for your experience. I see you are in Greece. To appeal ebay's finding you need to contact customer service for the ebay site you made the purchase on. Look for help links on the site and let them know your situation.
Best wishes
