Ebay closed case of nondelivery
Purchased two fourteen pound bags Kitten Chow. Seller said out of stock & bought at my local walmart. Shipped UPS. Picture as proof delivery two bags on concrete porch. Seller shipper info all lies: description, weight, delivery address, name shipped to all fraudulent with UPS email forwarded to ebay. Ebay ignored facts & paid seller!

Mentor4 months agoTake the tracking number down to your local carrier's office and have them check their GPS for where the package was delivered. If it was NOT addressed to you and your address, have the clerk state that on their letterhead. They don't need to state the name/address attached to the tracking number, just that it was not addressed to YOU.

Explain that the seller is using fake tracking numbers
Include these phrases:
Seller uploaded tracking not associated with my transaction
Tracking details were not accurate
Seller use a false tracking number
Don't write a novel, it's initially being read by a computer, that's why I want you to use those 3 specific phrases in the message.
