eBay Closed a Missing Item Request and Buyer Closed the Account
Hey all, been on eBay for ~20 years and haven't had something quite like this before.
Long story short:
- Order was placed: Oct. 2022
- Missing item case opened: Jan. 2023
- I requested updates: Jan. 11, Jan. 23, & Feb. 2
- Buyer closed their account: ?
- eBay closed the case: Feb. 6
Do I have any recourse here? Thanks for your time.
