eBay closed 30 day return
I attempted to return an item and eBay closed my return. Item purchased 1/23/24, delivered 2/1/24, return closed at sellers request 2/22/24, appeal denied 2/23/24.
eBay closed the return 30 days after auction closed. The seller’s auction terms clearly state that returns are accepted “within 30 days of delivery.“ I advised eBay of this in my appeal but it was denied. There doesn’t seem to be a way to speak to somebody at eBay about this directly. What can I do to remedy the situation?
