Ebay close return window. Seller is willing to accept the return
The seller vap-autoparts is willing to accept the aluminum radiator because of incompatibility. Ebay close the return window. How to open a new case for return on the same item that I bought?

Mentor1 year ago@desertdocs I am sorry but it is not possible to open a new return through eBay. Your only choice now is to work with the seller outside of the eBay system.
Did the seller say that the radiator would fit your vehicle? That changes your rights as a buyer some.

OP1 year agoThe seller is very helpful and they said that they will try to send me a return shipping label.
The Radiator has 4 holes. When I inquire before I ordered they assured me it will fit. It didn’t fit at all because the hole in the bottom passenger side is not closed like they told me it is. There is a solution but it might not work. My fault is I didn’t return it on time. They even offered me $12 refund. All I want is to return it and get the right part or send me a plug to plug the extra hole.

Your other option is a chargeback with your bank or credit card. Time is limited on this and varies by funding source.
