eBay claims item is fake
I have a listed item that has been hidden as eBay claims it is fake. The item was sold and buyer not happy so it was returned and I issued a full refund which has been received by buyer. I now wish to relist the item but am being blocked. I think AI presumes I have a second item with exactly the same serial number. Which is not correct. How do I clear this ?
