Mentor1 year agoIf the purchase qualifies and you do not have a PayPal entry in your eBay Payments page here:
https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list
then the option may appear when you choose PayPal at checkout on PayPal's Wallet page.
If you do have a PayPal entry on your eBay Payments page, you may have to delete it before choosing PayPal at checkout, otherwise a default payment method specified in your PayPal account for eBay may be chosen for you, and it may not be the one you think.
