ebay chat not working right . . .

I follow all the steps to start the chat.. but none of my responses go through. anyone else have this problem? any quick way to resolve this?

eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.

2. Request a call back or live chat

( If you receive the automated chat assistant type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the right department)

If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
