Ebay Charity
I sold a purse and donated 100% of sales to a local Charity on November 26, 2025. I never received an e-mail to say if the charity received it or even that I donated it. It does show as a donation to the charity I chose on the order details in the seller hub. Donations go thru paypal, but I got no email from them and nothing shows up n my paypal account. I want to donate more, but now I don't know if the charity will get the money. I will try to email them also, but was just wondering if anyone had had experience with the donation aspect of sales.

I have sold quite a few items for charity and never had an issue. I know the charity gets your information since I did receive communication from the charity I gave to. If I remember correctly it is about a 30 days cycle, so your donation would have been paid right around the end of the year.
I can check my PayPal account, but I paid mine via credit card through PayPal, so I don’t think they activity actually shows in mty account.
Have you checked your donation activity under account settings? https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas It be in your donation history, or it could be pending payment - based on the dates it might not be due for payment until 1/26.
I don’t think the donation shows on the order details, but you will see it in the payment details - you will see the fee adjustment, and then the amount to be donated.
