EBay charging twice for shipping on the same transaction
This is my first sale from my ebay store and i decided to use eBay's label and I made an error and request the shipping label twice in the amount of $25.16 for the label which has been shipped in US ($12.58 each) I was able cancelled one of the label immediately but the item was sold and ebay charged me $25.16 for both going to the same address. I tried reaching out to ebay who never responded and i tried using the chat to no avail in resolving this issue. Can someone provided me with a phone number to contact someone at ebay support or provide steps in how i can get this resolved. Thank you in advance

Mentor6 months agoThere is nobody to contact. If you cancelled the unused label from your shipping label list then the shipping carrier must see that the label was not used which takes 21 days. When the carrier approves the refund eBay will let you know and the money will be available as a payout.
