eBay charging at times where they should not
How do you address eBay’s automatic tax charge at times where they should not. I live in Arizona where they do not charge tax on PV Solar equipment. California does not either. However, when I go to buy PV Solar equipment from a California seller, eBay is calculating sales tax on some orders. How can this be resolved?
