Ebay charging ad fee when didn't have an ad
I originally promoted an item then removed it two weeks ago. Today, two weeks later, the item sold but Ebay is still trying to charge that promotion fee even though the item didn't sell because of it. How do I rectify this and get that amount back?

·1 year agoIf the buyer clicked on the listing originally while it was promoted, then purchased it up to 30 days later (they may have even placed it on their watch list or in their cart, or just saved a link), then the ad fee is correct. Just because you remove Promoted Listings doesn't mean you aren't charged for sales that originated when it was promoted.
