ebay charges for items that have not sold

Question

I have received an email that states I have a $4.00 Bold listing fee to be taken from my account in three days, I have not sold the item and it is still listed with ebay.

Bold listing is is one of several optional listing upgrades that you pay whether your item sells or not. Also, you pay this upgrade each time the listing 'renews' or is relisted. So turn that switch off if you don't want to pay that fee.
