Ebay chargeing twice for one item
haya ive after been charged for a item 2 times for a item i ordered i had 76 euro in my card before all this happend. I ordered it and it took the 55 euro out of my card and it was all fine but today i checked my card as ive been saving up for a holiday and i found out that another 55 euro has been charged i checked both of the transactions and ones been completed and ones pending, I only bought one item what happened? Its been 2 days since i payed for it when should the extra payment go away if it does go away? Im posting here since i got the order confirmed email and it has been shipped, what should i do should i tell the seller or wait a while?

Mentor3 years agoThe pending charge may be a payment hold initiated prior to the actual payment. Once the actual payment goes through, the payment hold should go away leaving the money in your account. How long that takes depends on your bank.
