Ebay charged me, the seller, twice for the same shipping. How do I get this resolved?
I sold an item and used Ebay to print the shipping label. I have been charged twice for the shipping of one package. It shows on the Seller Activity page. The tracking number is even the same on both "transactions". I have no idea how to get this resolved. Talking to an AI robot about it solves nothing. I need a real person who can read and research the problem. Help!

Mentor1 week ago@snlhoneycuttwv Unless there are two different tracking numbers it is highly unlikely that you were charged twice for the same shipping label.
If there are two tracking numbers then you can cancel the label that was not used to get a refund>
You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>
https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/seller-hub
Then the postal service will refund you in about 3-4 weeks on your all transactions page here>
