ebay charged me for 2 shipping label that I didnot use
How do I get a refund for shipping label that were never used. i did cancel them before the item was sent out and got a message it would take a few days to get the refund, I had to send the item out and it was delivered and ebay never gave me my refund so now I've paid shipping 3 times for 1 item. How can I get my money back, or is theis a typical ebay scam, to delay the refund and make the seller look bad for not shipping in time or the seller ships as promised and ebay delays until the item is delivered and keeps the extra money?
