Ebay charged me $8.54 for a priority padded flat rate envelope instead of $8.30

Question

This week one of my USPS priority flat rate padded envelope labels cost me $8.54. I thought prices were raised but today I purchased another one and it was the usual price of $8.30. Anyone know why this could be?

Rates change on 1/21 - I think one of the new rate tables shipped into production for a short time. I saw one other report of this. The other member had not sent the package yet, and so was able to void the label and repurchase at the correct price.

I haven't seen any announcement, so I doubt that they have a way to correct it. For $.24, I don't think I would spend any time on it, but watch the prices until the 21st.
