Ebay charged me $12.95 for claiming that a package weighed 16 ounces when it weighed 1.0 pound!
How do I dispute a shipping charge? I'm being billed for measuring something as being 16 ounces when they determined that it weighed 1.0 pounds! When I went to school, those weighed the same!!

Same at my school. Maybe it's being called it 16 ounces to emphasize that it was over the 15.999 ounce threshold.
