Ebay charged both me and my buyer for shipping.

Question

Out of a $184 order total I got $26 !

Tried to upload 'Payment' details but was denied permission.

And of course there is no way to get their attention:

Repeated endlessly when clicking on customer service.

'upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection termination'

AND:

'You do not have permission to upload images.'

SUCKS and totally frustrating.

When a Seller creates a listing, they indicate how much they want to charge the Buyer for shipping.

For example, a Seller lists a pair of shoes for $50, plus $10 shipping. The Buyer sends them $60.

The Seller uses that $10 to buy a shipping label to put on their Buyer's package.

eBay, and several other sites are having issues right now. I would check your Payment Summary for a breakdown of your earnings.
