    Ebay charged $12 fee with no reason for.
                     

    I havent sold anything in years and all of a sudden ebay says i owe them $12 please advise why.

    @anandamayeema03  I do not see any completed listings on this account.   Did you try to list a new item and used Reserve Price?  Reserve price is due the MOMENT an item is listed.  Also start auctions at a price you will be happy with if you get just one bid to avoid the extra 7.5% fee.
