eBay charge on credit card that doesn't show up on list of eBay purchases

Question

I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to contact eBay to inquire on an eBay charge to my personal credit card which doesn't show up on my list of purchased items within my eBay? I can't seem to find a pertaining link on the eBay help pages. I only use eBay to purchase items, so I don't think there would be a service fee that I'm overlooking.
