eBay charge
I have bought a set of cordless phones and have accepted/paid the amount in the cart check-out. Thereafter, I received a SMS from my bank, that there was a amount of $515.02 charged. Its different from the seller's invoice as $494.92. Today, my credit card statement showed as $521.17. Again, there was an increase by 1% due to overseas transaction. My question here is, why there is another charge at ebay

Mentor2 weeks ago@dor6013 The first charge of $515.02 could have included your customs fees.
It also could have been a PENDING charge and the actual charge went through later.
You need to contact your bank to find out if that is what happened. If it is a second charge then you need to dispute it with your bank.
